I actually only work part time, now. I am a licensed California Realtor in Orange County working with buyers & sellers in residential Real Estate. I love the freedom of the job & meeting interesting & fun people. I enjoy the excitement of working with first time buyers as well as the "seasoned" ones. There are challenges, of course but it is a very rewarding profession. Best thing is I am my own boss... it is all up to me & I enjoy that.
